Another new find!

I was reading the comment left on my last post and it made me smile. No, life is never dull around me, but I wouldn't have it any other way! There always seems to be something new to discover, some spontaneous decision to be made, me discovering a new way to get hurt (laptop & I are on speaking terms again)... but its when these things stop happening that life gets boring. And when life gets dull & boring, you know its time to move on and find something new. Find a new challenge, change the scenary! It doesn't need to be something as drastic as jumping on a plane and moving across the world... just introducing one new thing into each day makes life that little more interesting.

Today, while worm hunting for Sir Croak Alot, Jonathan found some creature. I had no idea what it was, just got told to hold it... so I did. Upon closer inspection we discovered it is a Butterfly Chrysalis! It had fallen off the tree and was laying in the dirt. As soon as I took hold of it and came inside it started wriggling about. It was THE most amazing feeling. I am a HUGE fan of butterflies (hence the tatt on my back) so to finally be able to see it in this form was just beautiful. Did a bit of research on how to care for it, and its currently hanging in a jar. I would really love it if it worked out and it turned into a butterfly. I'd be blown away. Should know in the next 1-14 days I think!

Oh, and Sir Croak Alot made it through the night. He is a hyper little thing and only ever seems to be really calm when Jonathan comes near him! Very strange. I think we should open a reptile & insect farm!
